HOW TO CONTACT US
Please dial 1-215-962-3523 or use the Google Connect button at the bottom
of the left hand column
SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping department is not a revenue producing department. The charges
we charge you are what we are charged by the shipping companies (in most
cases we use Priority Mail). In some cases, you may be quoted an incorrect
shipping charge because the computer was unable to correctly figure your
shipping charges for a variety of reasons. If the actual shipping charges
are less than what you are quoted, we will automatically make an adjustment.
If the actual shipping charges will be more than what you were quoted,
we will contact you via email to quote you the actual charge and ask you
to approve the amount BEFORE we ship. It is important that you check your
email for messages from us. In addition, we will send you tracking information
if it is available. If we will be unable to ship your order within three
business days, we will advise you by email and give you an estimated shipping
date. Note to AKA memembers: We are happy to extend the 10% discount, but
we are unable to combine the discount to orders that would normally qualify
for free shipping. We will automatically extend to you the larger discount.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Of course we will accept the
return of any kite with a manufacturer's defect, or if you would like to
exchange an unused kite for another kite. You must return the kite at your
expense. If you have damaged a kite that you purchased from us, we would
be happy to supply you with replacement parts if the manufacturer makes
them available to us. They will be sent to you at prevailing shipping rates
and at the manufacture's price to us. All kite returns must have a return
authorization number which can be obtained by either calling our toll free
number or emailing us at kitesrus.sales@comcast.net. Returns should be
addressed to: KitesRus.com, 1482 River Road, New Hope, PA 18938
Absolutely no refunds can be made without first obtaining a return authorization
from KitesRus/Playnation via telephone (215-962-3523) or email. (kitesrus.sales@comcast.net)
Items returned to us without the authorization # written on the address
label will be refused and marked return to sender. We accept no responsibility
for packages returned without authorization number.

Jackite:
Marguerite's original design was the Osprey. She actually saw Osprey flying when
she was a Park Ranger at False Cape State Park. She wanted to educate people on
birds especially the endagered Osprey. She made a model of an Osprey out of
paper. Taking a weeping willow branch from a backyard tree she taped a branch to
the wings so people could see the graphics she had drawn. When she held its beak
it began to beat its wings and fly and she realized she had a kite. Taking her
meager earnings she began the steps to start a business. Jack, her longtime
friend, helped with the design. Hence, "Jack" and "kite" made Jackite.
