Hi everyone: After many years, I am starting to fly kites again.
I did it with my kids on the beaches of Florida when they were little.
The service from Jim et al was excellent--he returned a call when he didn't
need to. First rate. Have saved all my "laundry"
and it will be in the air this month in Fort Meyers Beach. Thanks for your
expert help and advice. I love my new 9 ft. delta Circles and spheres.

that!! There are many times you make a request to a company that
you have placed an order with and spent good money with, and after they
get your money they DON'T give you the time of day!!! So thank you

My Wife and I shopped around on line and chose your store for many reasons
and we are so happy we did!. We received our kite about 4 days after placing
the order and we just loved the kite we chose. We purchased it to fly with
our 1 2 and 3 year old girls. They were in total amazement when they saw
it just about take flight on its own. We had been buying kites from local
stores in our town that have been a total flop and disapointment to our
girls because they never even make it off the ground or are very hard to

Bolero that needed to be re-placed and you refered me to your contact for
a free replacement. I would like to say Thank You. Second, I figured if
you were that helpful without a purchase then I should without question

After looking at the website and making a few tentative selections, I called
to talk to a salesperson to ask for advice, before making my purchase.
He was terrific! He made great suggestions and I was thrilled with my purchase!
By the way, all age groups, (10-65) male and female used the kite on our
2-week beach vacation. It was a huge hit!

I looked all over the internet and Kitesrus.com was the only site I could
find with the wind spinner that I was looking for. I had seen it on another
RV out in the desert and had been looking in the stores for awhile, but
was unable to find it until I found Kitesrus.com. Thank you!

This wedding gift was a huge hit! For someone not wanting to give a young
couple a boring wedding gift, this is a great idea. Mr. Pearsall was a

I am a novice kite-flyer...I really liked that your website suggested other
things to purchase (like the correct amount of line). This really helped

Advise From Sales Person was very friendly, helped me order 3 kites for
3 kids in about 5 minutes. kids got kites and were able to fly them!! very
exciting. now they keep their kites in the car!

Looking for a kite that would fly. Tried kite styles havn't had ANY LUCK.
As a child I only flew diamond kites. They flew easily, wanted the same
experience for my children. My order diamond shaped kites flew brilliantly!!
Our family had sooo much fun. Worth every penny!!!

seemed rather short time period (and I did not have to pay extra). I appreciate
the tracking information provided to me via email. I can't remember if

The How to Video was very good. My daughter (10yrs old) and I have been
looking for a performance kite. The video was very helpfull. We just recieved
the kite and we are looking forward forward to this weekend so we can fly
