To whom it may concern,

I placed an order several weeks ago from Okinawa Japan and had my order shipped to my brother in CA for him to forward my order to Okinawa Japan. I just wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful experience. My order was handled quickly and now my kids and I have the only Octopus Kites by Premier Kites on the island and heads our turning to get a glance look of our octopus flying high in the Okinawa sky. All of my great nieces and nephews were at the beach so I thought that bringing kites with me for my visit would be a great idea. Since the age range was from 3 to 13 years, the KitesRUs website’s selection made it easy to find just the right kite for each child. The sitewas well organized and the kite descriptions very helpful. I received the kites in excellent condition and in time for my visit. There were no parts or pieces missing and the older children put theirs together without any help.The children LOVED flying the kites and we had a wonderful day together. Magic happens when flying a kite!

We had the pleasure of working with this company to purchase 3 kites for our teenager's Christmas presents and were extremely satisfied with the personal service, friendliness and professionalism of staff...Thank you for contributing to a special time (had by all) with our utterly fun and enthusiastic gifts.... I would recommend you to everyone.... Our two boys....ages 12 and 18 both sailed their kites the day after Christmas with near gale force winds and left terra-firma by a good 3 to 5 feet and travelled each between 30 and 50 feet away....so needless to say, these kites were a hit!!! Thanks for all the fun! We are really looking forward to spring-time winds!

im not a frequent kiter, but i did buy a white ghost kite from you some years ago and have grown to love the magic of that kite. i take it everywhere i travel (not as much as i would like, but, since i am retired, more than most). i am not a shy person, but i never felt comfortable just walking up to strangers and starting a conversation, like some people do.

most recently, i flew it at the 2010 burning man festival. even with all the other incredibleworks of art on display. i still drew a lot of attention, and broke a lot of ice! seems only good people are drawn to the magic of that kite. later. at the end of the festival, when they burned the giant pagoda, someone else flew a white ghost around the giant fire. couldnt see who was flying it, cause it was about 1/4 mile away, but they must have had it attached to some type of vehicle (an art car?) because it was constantly moving around, and i dont think there was enough wind that night to keep the kite aloft without a tow. anyway, even from that distance, the effect of that kite slowly flying around lit by the light of the fire below, was truly specacular! i think more eyes were on that kite than were on the fire itself.

later that month, i had the opportunity to camp in the virgin valley desert (nw corner of nevada), and mine for black opals. while camped there i made new friends, as usual, by flying the kite at the campgrounds. but even more importantly, after i was there for a while, i believe i began to make some contact with the spirits of native americans who lived in that area. dont know if you believe that such things are possible, but it sure seemed real to me. anyway, they ( the spirits ) seemed especially interested in technology, which was "magic" to them. i showed them many things, but what they seemed most interested in was some phosphorescent ( glow in the dark ) plastic pebbles that my son gave me, and in the white ghost kite. when i flew it for them from that lonely hilltop at the mining claim, i believe i could actually see them swirling around and flying and playing with it. truly a magical time! they, in turn showed me where on the claim to dig. i havent yet gotten all the stones that i found there cleaned and cut, so i dont know yet if any of them are gem quality, but i have 500 lbs+ of very promising possibilities that im working on. but even if there is nothing of great monetary value there, the experience i had on that trip was priceless!!! so, THANK YOU!! a big part of the fun i had on that trip was due to the white ghost that i bought from KITES R US.

We live in a small town in WY and I could not find a kite anywhere. My husband had never flown one so I figured we better do it so he could check it off his life "to-do" list. With a little Internet surfing I found your site.

My Wife and I shopped around on line and chose your store for many reasons and we are so happy we did!. We received our kite about 4 days after placing the order and we just loved the kite we chose. We purchased it to fly with our 1 2 and 3 year old girls. They were in total amazement when they saw it just about take flight on its own. We had been buying kites from local stores in our town that have been a total flop and disapointment to our girls because they never even make it off the ground or are very hard to get up. Looking for a kite that would fly. Tried kite styles havn't had ANY LUCK. As a child I only flew diamond kites. They flew easily, wanted the same experience for my children. My order diamond shaped kites flew brilliantly!! Our family had sooo much fun. Worth every penny!!!
